lvl 21 Mana Seal = Maxed accuracy, but you NEVER need to raise Mana Seal to that lvl once you're lvl 100. The charms and Sword will automatically give you 100% accuracy even if you only have lvl 1 Mana Seal.

Lvl 56 = Max AP gain for lvls under 120. At lvl 121+, Spd cast = 66 for max AP gain.
