Bow Main Formation Help

I am a level 104 bow main. I originally was going for a stun build but now am thinking of changing to spike.

My formation I run in FL currently

Main- BT- Nvik
Arti- Oracle- Inventor
Exo- Monk- Janni

I am generally stuck in Div 4 or 5.

I have thought about going to a snipe/spike build with this as my end game.

Main- Spartan- Nvik
Pirate- Prophet- Cannon
Exo- Monk- DA

Would there be something better to go to? Feel free to give me any suggestions on what would work best. Not sure how my snipe/spike build would do against war cry. I should have pirate soonish as I am 5th on heart list in my nation right now. Feel free to offer either a snipe/spike build or a stun build. I'm pretty open to anything.
