VOO is great because you don't need many people to complete it - 5 or so 100+ people can easily finish it in the time needed, which gives more boxes per person. The rewards (which you can see in Game Info -> Help, along with the rewards for other guild dungeons) are Evil Protector Boxes - which give the items you need to get an Elementalist. They also sell for a lot. Note that there are bonus rooms you do not have to complete, though that's the only place (besides the market!) you can get keys for the second floor.

On top of that xp gain in GD/ND/Indi are much more higher for those in same lvl outside area.
