Higher lvl and high-upgraded gears are not sold on the market, but at the entrance of the bazaar in Rome and/or via the forum posts above the screen.

People who are selling such equips don't want their price to drop too fast with the natural decrease over time from the normal market. That's why you'll rarely see good mounts and (almost) certainly no sealed dragon fangs or storm bringers on markets for example.

It jumps to the next higher tier gear (ie Freezing >> Divine) and it's either +7, +8 or +9. I've never seen it become a +10
