I dont get your formation buiilder, its kinda confusing to me

The second example you give, with the heroes, doesn't work - you need to not have the dash in front of 'heroes'. Also, I couldn't see how to get a Dark Archer or Northern Viking.

Otherwise, interesting - why did you change it from what you currently have?

@Kiena: thanks for the report with the "- Heroes" problem.

• Dark Archer uses the same portrait as Archer (so you can use: Dark Archer, or Dark.A or even DA)
• Northern Viking uses the same portrait as Viking (so you can use: Northern Viking, or North Vik or even NK)

I have to find solutions to reduce the monthly traffic (limited to 1 To with the next hosting, whereas AOP uses 1.3 To), and the formation pictures are one way to do that.
- Large AOP pictures: 30-32ko
- Tiny AOP pictures: 7-8ko
- This new format: 5-6ko
Furthermore, it produces less files, and more will be "cached" by regular users.

Another (important) reason, this inline tool is designed to be used within forums, so with an intuitive (BBcode) syntax such as

Indeed, I never saw people using Hero names (Isabel, Zhao Yun, Bluetooth, etc) to describe their formation.

I think it's a good idea to optimize loading pictures.
Suggestion : show all caracters pictures, and manage formation by clicking on them (the background code is the same --just have to convert to text-- and it allows the user to ajust easily is form).

Edit : oh ... finally, it seems like the current system, but with small icons ^^
