You will find here the most usual terms, abbreviations and acronyms used in the Atlantica Online MMORPG.

AFK

Away from keyboard

Alt

Alternate character. A character you play other than your main character.

AoE

Area of Effect. Describes spells or skills that hit the whole enemy formation (examples: Meteor Strike, Breakdown).

AP

Action Power. The mercenary's acting ability. Each turn recovers 25-150 action power. Every action in a battle takes a certain amount of action power. A mercenary must have 100 or more action power for him or her to act.

The higher this value is, the higher physical damage will be.

Evasion. Dodge abilities, the higher it is, the more a character will avoid physical attack (magic skills always hit).

King's Judgment. This is when a level 100 guild leader of a guild that owns a town uses 125% will to attack someone outside the safe areas and initiate a PVP battle. They are limited to doing this only 10 times per day. The loser of this battle has the chance to lose an item equipped to their main or their mercs. Running away, logging off, or being dced all count as losses and may result in item loss.
